A bed with tribal layer ciyestra mattress, a table with book rack, a chair and cloth rack will be provided for a person. A wardrobe is also provided for a room which facilitated with a KDK electric fan. A refrigerator, an Iron table and a mirror table are available for one floor which consist of 4 rooms and a pantry.

Monthly rental of a single room with attached bath room and other facilities mentioned above is Rs. 30,000/- and or otherwise a room could be shared by 2, 3 or 4 persons (maximum 4 persons). No utility bill charges and other charges.

An amount equaling to 2 months rental should be deposited as refundable advance and the rental for the first month should be paid on the 1st day of the arrival to the room. Monthly rental should be paid on or before the 1st day of the every month.

Limited rooms available will be reserved on first come and first serve basis.
